What Factors Are Often Reviewed After Head-On Collisions
Head-on crashes are among the most severe types of collisions and often result from a vehicle crossing into oncoming traffic.
Investigators typically review lane positioning, driver behavior, and whether distraction or impairment may have played a role.
Road conditions and visibility can also be key factors, especially on rural highways like Highway 42, where opposing traffic travels at higher speeds.
