Sacramento, CA (January 19, 2026) – A woman was hospitalized following a traffic collision involving a Honda Civic early Sunday morning on westbound Highway 50 near 16th St in Sacramento.
The crash occurred at approximately 3:22 a.m., prompting a response from local deputies, firefighters, and emergency medical teams. According to reports from dispatch audio, the collision required immediate medical aid for a passenger in the vehicle who was pregnant.
Emergency crews provided on-site care before transporting the injured passenger to a local hospital for further evaluation. The condition of the woman and the unborn child has not been officially confirmed at this time.
