San Diego, CA (January 21, 2026) – A 29-year-old woman was hurt on Tuesday morning in a head-on collision near Frost St in San Diego, according to emergency dispatch audio and witness accounts.

The crash was reported around 9:40 a.m., prompting a medical response to assist the injured woman, who was described as disoriented but alert. She sustained pain in her arm and hip and was transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation.
