San Francisco, CA (January 15, 2026) – A crash involving at least two vehicles caused injuries and disrupted traffic Wednesday night at the intersection of Jennings St and Cargo Way in San Francisco’s Bayview District.
The collision was reported around 8:45 p.m. and prompted a swift response from local fire and medical units. One of the vehicles involved sustained significant front-end damage, while the other came to a stop partially blocking the eastbound lane of Cargo Way.
First responders, including paramedics and fire crews, treated several individuals at the scene. A number of people sustained injuries ranging in severity, and at least one was transported to a nearby hospital for additional medical attention. Officials have not yet released further details about the victims or their conditions.
Due to the location of the crash, traffic in the industrial corridor near the Port of San Francisco experienced temporary delays. Crews worked for over an hour to clear the scene and investigate the circumstances leading up to the incident.
