San Francisco, CA (January 14, 2026) – A multi-vehicle collision on Highway 101 in San Francisco left at least one person injured Sunday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol. The crash occurred around 2:19 p.m. near the Bayshore Boulevard exit.

Officers arrived to find four vehicles involved in the incident. Emergency medical teams treated at least one individual at the scene before transporting them to a local hospital. The extent of the injuries has not yet been confirmed.
