Safety Tips for Event Setup and Temporary Structures
Temporary structures such as scaffolding, stages, and display systems can create hazards if they shift or collapse during setup. Workers should stay clear of areas where equipment is being assembled until structures are properly secured and inspected.
Proper planning can also help reduce risks during event preparation. Crews should follow established safety procedures, use suitable protective equipment, and keep access areas clear while large structures are being installed.
