Earlham, IA (July 30, 2026) – At least one person was injured in a crash involving two semi-trucks early on Wednesday morning, July 29, on Interstate 80 near Earlham.
According to the Iowa State Patrol, the collision occurred near mile marker 105 on eastbound I-80. Sgt. Alex Dinkla confirmed that two semi-trucks were involved in the crash.
Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after 5 a.m. The right eastbound lane was blocked while first responders assisted those involved and worked to clear the wreckage.
Authorities confirmed that at least one person sustained injuries in the crash. No additional information regarding the extent of the injuries or the identities of those involved has been released. The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
