Shreveport, LA (January 12, 2026) – A two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Milam St and Norma Ave resulted in injuries to two women on January 11. Emergency units, including Engine 1, Medic 5, Rescue 1, and Battalion 1, responded to the scene following reports of the collision around 2:01 p.m.
A 31-year-old female involved in the crash was reportedly experiencing head and knee pain following the impact. A second woman, aged 35, was evaluated for chest pain. Both women received immediate attention from medics at the scene, and further assessment was conducted to determine whether transport was necessary.
The severity of the collision and the extent of vehicle damage have not yet been publicly confirmed. However, emergency responders worked efficiently to secure the area, assist the injured, and evaluate the potential for further medical care.
