Shreveport, LA (January 11, 2026) – Emergency crews with Caddo Fire District 3 responded on Saturday afternoon to a vehicle crash with injuries near the intersection of Jefferson Paige Rd and Greenwood Rd in west Shreveport.
The incident occurred shortly after 2:00 p.m. and involved a white GMC Terrain. Among those requiring medical attention was an 84-year-old man who had reportedly just completed dialysis prior to the crash. Responders were dispatched to evaluate his condition and provide necessary care at the scene.
The vehicle sustained undisclosed damage, and it remains unclear how many other individuals or vehicles may have been involved. First responders assessed the man’s condition and monitored for complications, given his recent medical procedure.
The crash took place near the cross streets of Clem Ln and Greenwood Rd, prompting temporary traffic disruptions while emergency crews worked the scene. Tow assistance was likely required for vehicle removal.
