Shreveport, LA (January 19, 2026) – Two people were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries following a traffic accident on Riverbrooke Dr on January 18. Emergency personnel and multiple tow services responded to the scene.
The collision involved a white Chevy Suburban and a red Nissan Rogue, both of which required towing from the area. Dispatch logs confirmed that one female was taken to LSU Health Shreveport by Medic 3, while a male victim was transported separately by Medic 30.
Responders operated under Code 3 conditions to quickly assess and stabilize the victims. Although the crash was not classified as a major incident, the injuries sustained warranted immediate medical attention.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash. The roadway was temporarily impacted while crews worked to remove the vehicles and support those involved.
