Spokane, WA (January 7, 2026) – Emergency crews responded Monday evening to an injury incident near West 8th Avenue in Spokane, where one individual was transported to Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center for treatment. The call came in just before 5:48 p.m., prompting a swift response from AMR and local emergency personnel.
Details regarding the nature of the incident remain limited, but dispatch audio suggests that it may have involved a vehicle, as responders were provided with specific vehicle details at the scene. The vehicle in question was identified as having Oregon license plates and was located just south of 3rd Avenue.
