Ste. Genevieve, MO (January 15, 2026) – A two-vehicle crash on the westbound MO-Y at Enterprise Dr left one woman injured Tuesday evening in Ste. Genevieve County. The collision occurred at approximately 4:45 p.m. on January 14, prompting a response from local EMS and law enforcement personnel.
According to investigators with the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2024 Honda CR-V was in the process of turning left onto eastbound MO-Y when it was struck on the rear driver’s side by a westbound 2021 Chevrolet Silverado. The impact resulted in moderate damage to the Honda, which had to be towed from the scene by Miner’s Towing.
The driver of the CR-V, a 52-year-old woman from Macon, GA, was wearing her seatbelt but sustained moderate injuries. She was treated on site before being transported by the Ste. Genevieve County Ambulance District to Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital for further care.
The Silverado, driven by a 41-year-old man from Farmington, MO, sustained minor damage and was able to be driven away. No additional injuries were reported.
