Sterling, VA (January 26, 2026) – Emergency crews were dispatched early Friday morning to a serious motor vehicle accident involving entrapment in the area of Potomac View Rd and Twinview Rd in Sterling.
The crash occurred around 12:57 a.m., prompting a heavy rescue response that included Advanced Engine 624, Rescue 635, Medic 685, and several EMS and command personnel. According to dispatch audio, at least one person was reported trapped inside a vehicle at the scene.
Crews worked quickly to assess the situation and initiate extrication operations. Additional support from Rescue 681 and Medic 631 was requested to assist with patient care and transport.
