Suffolk, VA (January 21, 2026) – A serious two-vehicle accident on Tuesday afternoon in Suffolk left two people injured, including one with life-threatening injuries, according to Suffolk Fire & Rescue.
Emergency crews responded to the 2000 block of White Marsh Rd after receiving reports of a collision involving entrapment. Upon arrival, firefighters discovered one individual trapped inside a vehicle and immediately began extrication efforts. The person was successfully freed from the wreckage after a coordinated rescue operation.
Both victims were transported to a nearby hospital. One sustained critical, life-threatening injuries, while the other was reported to have less severe injuries. The identities of those involved have not been released.
