North Liberty, IN (August 27, 2026) – A St. Joseph County driver is in critical condition after a serious wreck near North Liberty on August 26.
The crash happened in the 67000 block of Walnut Rd just before 6 p.m. Roads in the area were closed for several hours but have since reopened to traffic. Emergency units took part in the response.
The minibike driver had life-threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital. The SUV and minibike were both traveling south on Walnut Rd when they collided near Leeper Rd.
