Tacoma, WA (January 31, 2026) – Police responded to a reported hit-and-run accident with injuries on January 30 near the intersection of North Grant Ave and Division Ave in Tacoma. The crash occurred shortly after 9:20 p.m. and involved an SUV that fled the scene eastbound. Responding officers confirmed at least one injury was sustained in the collision.
According to dispatch reports, two juveniles involved in the incident were transported home while their parents remained on scene with authorities and a tow truck. The suspect vehicle was only described as a dark SUV, and no license plate or identifying details were immediately available.
