Hamilton, OH (June 17, 2026) – Two teenagers were hospitalized late on Tuesday night, June 16, following a three-vehicle crash in Butler County that left one of them in critical condition. According to the police, the collision occurred shortly before midnight along Hamilton Richmond Road.
Investigators said an 18-year-old and a 19-year-old were inside a vehicle and were attempting to complete a three-point turn when the incident unfolded. Authorities reported that one approaching vehicle was able to avoid a collision by swerving away from the teens’ car.
However, a second vehicle was unable to avoid the vehicle and struck the passenger side. The 19-year-old occupant sustained critical injuries in the crash and was transported to UC Medical Center for treatment. The 18-year-old suffered minor injuries and was also taken to the hospital.
Officials said no occupants of the other vehicles involved were injured, and additional details regarding the drivers of the other vehicles have not been released.
The crash remains under investigation.
