According to initial information, the crash occurred around 9:35 p.m. in the 1400 block of Whiteoak Road. A 16-year-old male riding an electric bike was struck by a vehicle. Dispatch reports indicated that the teen was not wearing a helmet at the time of the collision.
Emergency units were called to the roadway shortly after the crash was reported. The teen was described as not alert following the impact.
