Thousand Oaks, CA (January 23, 2026) – A two-vehicle collision caused injuries Friday morning on the southbound onramp to US-101 from Hampshire Rd in Thousand Oaks. The crash occurred around 7:51 a.m., leading to a response from Ventura County Fire Department and California Highway Patrol.
Initial reports indicated the crash involved a Nissan Xterra and an unknown second vehicle. One of the vehicles, identified as an Isuzu Rodeo, sustained major front-end damage. Emergency responders evaluated those involved at the scene and confirmed injuries, prompting a medical response under the “1141 Enrt” classification.
Tow services from Eddie’s Towing were requested to remove the damaged vehicle. Traffic on the onramp was affected as responders worked to secure the area and clear debris.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash. The full extent of injuries has not yet been released.
