Why Rollover Crashes Result in Serious Injuries?
Rollover accidents can result in significant injuries due to the complex forces involved when a vehicle overturns. Occupants may experience multiple impacts as the vehicle rolls, increasing the potential for harm even when safety systems are in use.
Investigators reviewing rollover crashes commonly examine vehicle movements, roadway conditions, witness statements, and physical evidence from the scene. These details help establish how the vehicle lost stability and what factors may have contributed to the rollover.
Other elements, such as vehicle speed, road geometry, traffic conditions, and driver actions, are considered in the investigation. By analyzing these factors, authorities can develop a clearer understanding of the events leading up to the crash.
