Phoenix, AZ (August 25, 2026) – Three people were hospitalized on Monday morning after a two-vehicle crash near 19th Avenue and Thomas Road. The collision happened at approximately 11:15 a.m.
Firefighters had to remove two men from one of the vehicles. Both were taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The woman driving the other vehicle was also hospitalized, but her injuries were described as non-life-threatening.
The intersection was closed following the crash and was expected to remain shut down while investigators worked at the scene.
Authorities continue investigating the collision. We hope all three injured people receive care and recover fully.
