Riverside Co., CA (August 29, 2026) – Emergency crews responded on Thursday afternoon, August 27, to a three-vehicle crash on Gilman Springs Road near Crestview in Riverside County.
According to California Highway Patrol dispatch records, the collision involved three vehicles and left at least two people with minor to moderate injuries. One person was reported trapped inside a vehicle and unable to get out.
Dispatch information indicated that a blue Toyota Corolla had an occupant trapped inside, while another vehicle had a damaged door with someone still inside. A third occupant was able to exit a vehicle and was reported to be okay.
Several tow trucks were requested as crews worked to clear the scene. CHP later classified the incident as a collision involving minor injuries. The crash remains under review.
