Portsmouth, VA (September 1, 2026) – A man was injured in a multi-vehicle crash on westbound Interstate 264 near the Broad Creek Bridge. The initial collision involved two vehicles before a third vehicle struck one of them on Monday, August 31.
The man was taken to a hospital with minor injuries. The crash caused several closures near mile marker 10.7, including the left shoulder, left lane, left center lane, right lane, and right shoulder. All affected lanes and shoulders have since reopened. The incident remains under review.
