The collision happened around 10:19 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25, on I-64 near Emmaus Church Rd. A tractor-trailer and a minivan were involved.
A preliminary review found that the minivan struck the rear of the flatbed tractor-trailer. One person was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
