Tucson, AZ (January 25, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to an accident with injuries on Saturday evening at the intersection of S Martin Luther King Jr Way and E Tucson Marketplace Blvd.

The crash was reported at approximately 4:18 p.m., with first responders arriving on scene shortly after 4:29 p.m. Individuals involved in the crash were evaluated at the scene, and at least one person sustained injuries requiring medical attention. Paramedics provided care on-site and arranged transport for those needing further treatment.

The collision caused delays in the area as emergency crews worked to assist the injured and remove damaged vehicles from the roadway. The number of vehicles involved and the severity of injuries have not yet been officially disclosed.

Tucson Police are investigating the crash to determine contributing factors, which may include traffic violations, driver distraction, or failure to yield.
