Bradford, OH (August 29, 2026) – According to the Darke County Sheriff’s Office, two people were hospitalized on Thursday afternoon, August 27, after two vehicles collided in a crash in Darke County.
The collision happened around 3:31 p.m. near New Harrison Bradford Road and Zerber Road. A 42-year-old Grant Knick was driving a Honda Accord eastbound and attempted to turn north onto Zerber Road. The Honda entered the path of a westbound GMC truck driven by 17-year-old Wyatt Jay. The vehicles collided and left the roadway before coming to rest in a ditch.
Jay was treated at the scene for his injuries, while his female passenger was taken to a hospital with minor injuries. Knick was also hospitalized with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
