Altoona, PA (July 28, 2026) – At least two people were hurt in a five-vehicle crash on Sunday evening at the intersection of 6th Ave and 10th St in Altoona.
The collision occurred at approximately 7:45 p.m. near the Wishy Washy Wash House, according to the Altoona fire chief. The crash involved five vehicles, and at least two people were taken to UPMC Altoona for treatment of their injuries.
No additional information about the people involved or the severity of their injuries was immediately released. The police are investigating what led to the collision.
