Columbia, PA (August 11, 2026) – Two adults died and a girl was flown to a trauma center after a pickup truck struck three pedestrians at 3rd and Chestnut streets Sunday, August 9, according to Columbia Police. The crash happened just before noon.
The two adults, ages 71 and 74, died at a local hospital. The driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating with police. Officers thanked bystanders who helped the victims before emergency crews arrived.
