Hillsboro, OR (June 27, 2026) – Two people died after being rescued from a house fire around 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, in the 1700 block of SE Oak Street in Hillsboro, according to an official report.
Firefighters entered the house and found two people on the second floor. Crews removed both individuals through a second-story window using an outside ladder and equipment to access the area. The two victims were taken to a hospital, where they later died from their injuries.
