Springfield, MO (September 4, 2026) – A 76-year-old woman was injured on Wednesday morning when two vehicles collided at Beverly Hills Drive and Temple Avenue, about one mile north of Springfield.
The accident occurred around 8:40 a.m. on September 2. A 2004 Chevrolet Silverado traveling southbound pulled into the path of a 2017 Ford Edge traveling eastbound, according to the report.
The Edge driver, a 76-year-old Springfield woman, suffered minor injuries and was taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. Both vehicles sustained damage and were towed from the site.
Authorities are still reviewing the circumstances surrounding the collision. We hope the injured driver makes a smooth recovery.
