Warren County, MO (September 12, 2026) – A 55-year-old woman was hurt in an accident on Thursday evening on eastbound Interstate 70 at mile marker 195 in Warren County. The accident occurred around 6:13 p.m. on September 10.
An 18-year-old Warrenton woman driving a 2011 Kia Sorento struck the concrete barrier on the highway’s right side. She then steered into the left lane, where the front left of the Kia struck the right side of a 2026 Toyota Camry.
The 55-year-old Camry driver from Tupelo, Mississippi, suffered minor injuries and was taken to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital in Lake Saint Louis. Both vehicles were towed, with the Kia listed as totaled and the Camry sustaining moderate damage. The circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation.
