Vacaville, CA (January 22, 2026) – A single-vehicle accident on Midway Rd near Paddon Rd led to injuries after a white sedan veered off the roadway and landed in a ditch around 1:00 PM on January 22. The vehicle, identified as a white Honda Accord, was located approximately 25 feet off the main road when responders arrived.
According to reports from California Highway Patrol and Solano County Sheriff’s deputies, a female driver was able to exit the vehicle on her own after the crash. A male passenger, seen wearing a white shirt, was also involved in the incident. Emergency medical teams were called to the scene to assess the occupants for injuries, and at least one individual was reported to have sustained harm in the collision.
Towing services were dispatched to recover the vehicle, and the scene remained active for a short time as authorities conducted their initial investigation. No other vehicles were confirmed to be involved, and early indicators suggest the car left the roadway under unclear circumstances.
At this time, CHP officers are continuing to examine the events leading up to the accident and have not yet released further details about contributing factors.
