Union, SC (August 30, 2026) – Two people were injured on Friday afternoon, August 28, after a vehicle crashed into an apartment building on South Boyce Street in Union. The collision happened before 4:30 p.m.
According to Union County Emergency Management, both injured people were occupants of the vehicle. Their injuries were described as non-life-threatening.
No one inside the apartment building was injured. However, the building sustained enough damage that a building inspector determined residents could not remain there Friday night. Officials did not provide additional information about what caused the crash.
