Vero Beach, FL (January 9, 2026) – A crash with injuries was reported early Friday morning on the southbound side of Florida’s Turnpike (SR-91) at mile marker 189 near Vero Beach in Indian River County. The incident occurred at approximately 4:42 a.m. and initially resulted in a roadblock as emergency crews responded to the scene.
