What Happens After a Crash Involving an Unlicensed Driver?
After a crash involving an unlicensed driver, investigators often begin by reviewing how the vehicle entered the roadway and whether traffic signals were followed. These early observations help establish a basic timeline of events.
Attention is also given to the condition of all drivers involved, including any injuries reported at the scene or later at medical facilities. Even when injuries are described as non-life-threatening, medical evaluations can provide further clarity.
Authorities may also look at vehicle positions, roadway design, and nearby traffic patterns. Intersections near schools or busy areas often receive added review due to higher traffic activity during different hours of the day.
