Beaver County, UT (May 11, 2026) – A woman sustained critical injuries Sunday evening following a collision between a vehicle and a semi-truck on Interstate 15 in Beaver County, according to the Utah Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred near mile marker 126 around 6:15 p.m. First responders arrived to find a southbound Kia involved in a collision with a semi-truck. The vehicle caught fire briefly, though the flames were quickly extinguished by emergency crews. The woman, reportedly in her 30s, was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.

The right emergency lane was open during the response, but traffic was heavily backed up as crews worked to clear the scene. Emergency responders, including UHP and local fire personnel, worked together to secure the vehicles, assist the injured, and manage traffic flow.
