Utah County, UT (May 11, 2026) – A 46-year-old motorcyclist was killed Sunday night after being struck by a vehicle while stopped on Highway 6 in Utah County, according to the Utah Highway Patrol.
Troopers reported that the crash occurred shortly after 10:00 p.m., approximately 13 miles east of Santaquin. The motorcyclist had stopped in the right-most lane due to mechanical issues when he was hit by a passing vehicle.
Emergency responders arrived on scene, but the rider was pronounced dead at the location. The driver of the vehicle involved remained on scene and is cooperating with authorities as the investigation continues.
