What Happens When Drivers Run Red Lights at Busy Intersections?
Running a red light can lead to severe collisions, especially at high-traffic intersections.
When a vehicle enters an intersection against a signal, cross traffic often has little or no time to react, increasing the likelihood of a high-impact crash. These incidents frequently result in serious injuries due to the speed and angle of impact.
Obeying traffic signals and remaining alert at intersections are critical steps in preventing these dangerous collisions.
