Weston County, WY (January 26, 2026) – A single-vehicle rollover on US-85 resulted in injuries to both occupants on Friday morning, January 21, prompting a significant emergency response.
The crash occurred when a vehicle left the roadway and overturned into a ditch, coming to rest on its roof roughly 50 feet from the highway. Emergency responders arrived to find both individuals conscious but requiring assistance. One person had to be extricated from beneath the vehicle.
Both victims were transported by ambulance to a hospital in Casper for further treatment. The extent of their injuries has not been publicly disclosed.
A wrecker was called to remove the overturned vehicle, and authorities worked to clear the scene. The cause of the rollover remains under investigation by local law enforcement.
