Greenwater, WA (July 18, 2026) – A woman was killed, and two others were injured after a single-vehicle crash on State Route 410 near Corral Pass Road in Greenwater. The collision happened around 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 16.
According to the Washington State Patrol, a 2006 Subaru carrying three women lost control after its wheels left the roadway and struck a tree near milepost 53. Kimberly Rodriguez Aguirre of Yakima was pronounced dead at the scene. The Subaru came to rest on its roof in a ditch about 30 feet from the highway.
Two other occupants, ages 27 and 26, were taken to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries. The roadway was blocked for more than four hours before reopening.
