Lake Township, OH (August 1, 2026) – A Toledo woman suffered life-threatening injuries after a two-vehicle crash at Tracy Road and US 20 (Fremont Pike) in Lake Township, according to official reports.
The collision happened around 2:48 p.m. on Thursday, July 30. According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, a Chevrolet Cruze driven by a 50-year-old Toledo woman was traveling south on Tracy Road when she failed to yield at a stop sign. Her vehicle entered the path of a westbound Ford pickup truck driven by a 49-year-old Perrysburg man, causing the two vehicles to collide.
Both vehicles traveled off the south side of the roadway and came to rest nearby. The Toledo woman was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries, while the pickup truck driver was treated at the scene for minor injuries and later released.
