St. Louis, MO (August 20, 2026) – A woman died on Tuesday, August 18, after two vehicles struck her while she was crossing Natural Bridge Ave in north St. Louis. The first vehicle was white or silver and was traveling westbound near N Euclid Ave.
The police said the woman was in a crosswalk but crossed against the traffic signal. The first vehicle struck her while traveling through a green light and left without stopping.
A second red vehicle then ran over the woman and also left the area. That vehicle has since been located, while investigators continue working to identify the drivers involved.
The woman died at the scene. No identity was released in the initial report, and the circumstances surrounding the pedestrian accident remain under investigation.
