Page Co., IA (July 13, 2026) – A woman died after a vehicle struck her shortly before 10 p.m. on Saturday, July 11. The accident happened on D Avenue, south of 130th Street, in Page County.
A 2014 Toyota Venza was traveling southbound when it hit the pedestrian. Roselyn Robbin Stark later died from her injuries.
The initial report did not provide Stark’s age or identify the driver of the Toyota. Investigators continue working to establish the circumstances that led to the wreck.
