Chesapeake, VA (June 28, 2026) – A pedestrian succumbed to injuries after being struck by a vehicle on Thursday night, June 25, on Battlefield Boulevard near Campostella Road in Chesapeake.
The incident happened around 10 p.m. in the 2200 block of Battlefield Boulevard. Officers responded to the scene and found an adult female pedestrian suffering from life-threatening injuries after being hit by a vehicle. The woman was taken to a local hospital, where she later died.
