What Typically Happens After a School Bus Crash in New Jersey?
When a school bus is involved in a crash in New Jersey, the response generally involves a review of the vehicles, the road conditions, and the actions of both drivers. Even when no students are on board, incidents involving school buses draw attention because of the type of vehicle involved and the safety standards it must meet. Bus operators in New Jersey are held to strict licensing and training requirements.
Neck injuries like the one reported in this crash are among the most common outcomes of lower-speed collisions, and medical evaluation is standard practice even when symptoms seem minor at first.
