Woodville, OH (May 9, 2026) – An injury crash involving a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle temporarily shut down U.S. 20 in Sandusky County Saturday afternoon.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the collision occurred around 4 p.m. near mile post 3 in Woodville.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene to assist those involved and investigate the crash. Authorities confirmed that the incident involved a motorcycle and a car, though additional details regarding how the collision occurred have not yet been released.
Both directions of U.S. 20 were closed following the crash while crews worked to treat the injured, clear the roadway, and conduct the investigation.
Officials later reopened the highway at approximately 5:20 p.m. The crash remains under investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
