Webster, FL (July 1, 2026) – One person died following an early morning roadway incident on CR-478 in Webster on Tuesday, June 30. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the fatal crash was reported shortly after 4 a.m. at the intersection of Southeast 12th Avenue and CR-478.
A roadblock remained in place while emergency units worked on the roadway. No information about the person who died or any other people involved had been released at the time of publication.
The cause of the wreck has not yet been determined, and investigators are continuing to gather information.
