Moore, OK (August 12, 2026) – A person died after a collision involving multiple motorcycles and a semi-trailer on I-35 in Moore on August 11. The wreck occurred in the northbound lanes near 19th St.
The inside northbound lane remained blocked while emergency units worked at the site. Traffic backed up for at least five miles as crews cleared the roadway.
A semi-trailer had stopped beneath a bridge, with several motorcycles nearby. The circumstances that led to the collision remain under investigation.
The identity of the person who died has not been released. The investigation is continuing as officials work to determine what led to the fatal crash.
