Sauk Centre Township, MN (July 3, 2026) – One person was injured on Wednesday evening in a three-vehicle collision on westbound Interstate 94 near mile marker 130 in Sauk Centre Township, Stearns County.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the collision occurred at about 6 p.m. when a 2000 Buick Century, a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado, and a 2016 Ford F-150 were all traveling westbound on I-94 and collided. The roadway was reported to be dry at the time.
The driver of the Buick, 28-year-old Miguel Angel Linton of Sauk Centre, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to St. Cloud Hospital for treatment. The other drivers, 60-year-old Joseph Herman Meyer and 55-year-old Stephen Joseph Lyons, along with four passengers riding in the pickup trucks, were not injured.
All occupants were wearing seat belts, and alcohol was not suspected as a factor. The circumstances surrounding the collision remain under investigation as additional information becomes available.
