Culver City, CA (September 4, 2026) – One person was injured in a crash on Thursday, September 3, on the eastbound State Route 90 transition to northbound I-405 in Culver City.
The California Highway Patrol reported that the collision involved a black Dodge pickup and a white Mazda sedan. The white sedan was stopped in the gore point near the transition, while a child was reported to be inside the vehicle.
The injured party was reported to have pain around the nose, while the occupant of the other vehicle was not injured. Several lanes on eastbound SR-90 were temporarily stopped, and later only the first two lanes were expected to remain open while the remaining lanes were closed toward the end of the transition road.
A tow truck was requested to remove one of the vehicles. Additional information about the injured person’s condition was not immediately available.
